What did i say in a previous thread about Tony Archer. He cant lay in bed straight. The same can be said about the video ref.
Ok handling errors have cost us points but the officials have given them 3 tries which shouldnt have been given.
No neutral refs? The games a joke.

Agreed ... not so much bent as incompetent and unfair.

Basic errors from the young backline and the bent officials have cost us there.

I think England have done ok today but when you get decisions against you like that it change the whole dynamic of the game.It has to be sorted out now.In the next international tournament there has to be neutral officials.

Decisions stopped that being much more of a contest. I have no doubt which team would have won but we would have remained in the game much longer.

It does make the game a joke!

Well there is a simple solution ... we should refuse to play until they do.
But the spineless RFL wouldn't risk a loss of revenue.

thought the lads did ok today despite the refereeing - pity about the sheer number of basic errors tho' - can't blame the coach for that

felt the aussies were only about 6 - 8 points better than us on the day

After the success he had with the Bulls we had better not expect too much from this coach.

Steve McNamaras coaching CV is outstanding! Take SL & World Club champions and turn them into also rans, sign loads of average players and coach any ability that they did have out of them and virtually run the club into the ground!

In McNamaras defence from a Bradford point of view, the Bulls don't really have the spending power they once had under previous coaches with each getting less to work with than the last. Where once they had the likes of Vainikolo they recently had the likes of Rikki Sherriffe (!) and all the time the Mathew Elliot dynasty has been watered down too many times to even mean anything.


All that said, I really do not rate Steve McNamara. A top assistant coach, but not head coach (IMO)
