How many start will the bookies be giving Rochdale? Here's a crude way of looking at it...
Both teams have played nine games. Dons points diff is +146, Rochdale's is - 35. Adding them together gives an advantage of 181 to the Dons. Divide that by 9 and you get 20. How close will this be to the bookies' handicap? I reckon I'd go 26.
Rochdale lost 56-16 at Oldham and 36-18 at Hunslet.
It'd be nice if we could better Oldham's effort... or even match it!
