Warrington were the better team tonight but there was definitely an improvement from last year. We are missing the half back players but can't deny they gave it all. A hell of a lot more good points than bad. So instead of grieving the team its time to congratulate the effort. The futures bright, its black and white.

Can't argue with that, Warrington stepped up today and were just too good for us, their defence was outstanding.

Effort from us was excellent, never stopped, halfbacks still the key, if we get this sorted we should step up a gear next year.

Not much between the sides except they were a lot more clinical than us in attack. Hopefully with a new halfback that might not be the case in the future.
BUT with no new halfback expect more of the same.

Great effort from Hull, went there to win and not just make up the numbers. Just needed more from the halves and even though Wire kicked well Horne's positioning at FB was quite poor and cost you starting several sets a few more yards further forward.

well done from a Warry supporter. I thought your lads played brilliantly, and never let their heads drop. They certainly gave us a good run for our money, and I'm a bit scared about how good you're going to be next year too!!
