Does anyone know how long a player failing a hia has to take off before returning to play ?

Seem to read somewhere that after concussion it’s 2 weeks and then the player has to pass a medical ?

Quite laughable that the referee didn’t even penalise the obvious cheap shot during the game

7 clear days from failed HIA so he should play if he recovers.

It was a big cheep shot ,things Wigan and Catalan get away with they are the two dirtiest teams in Super League by far .The thing is nothing is\or done about it .In OZ it would have been looked at on the screen and would have been 10 mins in sin bin what ever teaming it was. Same with next week disciplinary committee. (If it gets there ) will get one match if that .Not bad for getting the best attacking player of your opponent out of the match .Players have got to be more protected, but as the big teams run S L no it will not happen

The ref had no issues looking back when Bateman challenged the refs decision and gave them the ball after our knock on .It’s not rocket science to know when your star player is left on the floor it’s a good chance there has been some malice in the tackle .

This may sound silly but he needs to miss Catalans, other wise he will be attacked again resulting with an injury of some sort, that's what they always do to him, he & wakey get no protection, resulting in he will miss more games anyway ????

Yeh it does sound silly! If he's fit he must play its a head knock

I would fear for his career if he went to the NRL, it maybe a dream but the tackle intensity could lead to injury especially to a body carrying past surgeries.
