After missing around 12 months through injury (well, 3 injuries), he is finally back playing in the U19's. He has now played two games off the bench and then started today at Widnes. I would say he has certainly looked a class above when I have seen him play. Just IMO, but I think a few more games and he would certainly merit a debut with the first team.

What position is he?

He's an out and out prop, only 6' but 100Kg of pure muscle.

I suppose we'll have to wait until we get some injuries. Price seems to like to pick the strongest team available each week and rarely rests players unless he has the luxury of replacing an international with another international. Shame we haven't drawn lower sides in the cup for a couple of rounds as that would be the perfect opportunity to blood Doro.

Luis Johnson is sat in the wings aswell, the way it's going he'll never get a game, same with Eribe just gonna be sat in the wings for a long long time.

I’m sure Price will have warned them that their game time will be limited. Look at Matt Davis, not done anything wrong but due to competition can’t nail a spot. It’s a brutal sport, injuries will happen and opportunities will arise. At the start of the season you woul have said Westwood was nailed on to be in the 17. Livett is probably wondering how long Price will persevere with Ben C. I guess we have been lucky with injuries so far but they will happen.

I get the impression that Price has been assessing several players in order to determine whether to keep them longer term; eg Westwood, Davis, Tasi, Akauola, Livett. By now I would guess he has made his decision.

Some players have spent a lot of time with Rochdale or out on loan. I suspect these have not done enough to be rewarded with a game or are transitioning out of the club; eg Moran, Luis Johnson.

So the list of fringe players that appear to be kicking their heels isn't really that many and Price probably has space to look at / give some experience to, the juniors. He still has to pick up points, and I don't expect him to do much if any experimenting against eg HKR next week or Catalan Dragons the week after, but there are games coming up where he could could be a little more expansive. Danny Walker, Eribe Doro and possibly Riley Dean could all benefit from that, after all he needs to be thinking about 2020 as well as the business end of this one.

Can someone give us an update on Eribe.

Still likely that he is too small to be effective in the 1st team at Prop IMO. Hope he proves me wrong.
