Expecting Ratchford and Hill to be given the week off so....
I'd go Pomeroy to play loose because he has better hands than BMM (who I'd have interchange prop) and can offset the loss of Livett down the left, while we cover Hill with Westwood in the front row.
I'd put Mitch Brown in at fullback.

We could go Pomeroy for Livett however that puts a prop at loose and I'd prefer Pomeroy as a utility with the free pivot over a forward.

I'm sure it will happen as they were away without family and yes I agree with you and it will happen again that Salford are pants.

Hill and Ratchford are both on quite a long sequence of games. They won't want to break that run so that they can take their wives shopping at Tesco. If they are fit to play, play them.

Another lengthy reason why they would get the week off for me then.

Steve Price has to be selfish with his selections for this one. I can understand Hill and Stef wanting to continue playing, however this is the opportunity that SP can give them a week off. We are playing a side that is low on confidence and have not a lot to play for. I remember Chris Hill playing big minutes all season in 2016 and when it came to the Grand Final it was a game to far, he was done after 20mins. See the bigger picture, take a break, recharge the batteries and go again.

I don't think Salford will think "there is not a lot to play for". I'd be surprised if they are both left out.

I'd have hill and ratchford on the bench depending on how they feel.

How would you feel if you were told you couldnt have a family holiday until November even though everyone else around you had a summer week off?...I think I know exactly what they feel!!
