Something smells here. If GH knows so much about the hearing, ( when it seems nobody else does)then that's totally wrong!!
His comments must have an influence over any appeal. Which makes you wonder if he had an influence on the original hearing?

Nothing in there suggests he knows anything more than is in public domain. I agree this does appear to be deliberate attempts to cheat the cap and I have no inside information whatsoever. Not so sure about other ones being down to misunderstandings any more than our case but other than that can't see what there is to disagree with. Can't see what the fuss is about

Disagree, why is he getting involved? What has it got to do witg him? Genuine question, did he come out with this type of thing aftwr wigan, bradford, saints etc got done? I dont recall.
Not doubting we did wrong and should be punished as we have been, no complaints from me. But gh is a tool of the very highest order. No need to get involved, and as has been said how does he know the ins n outs of the case when it's been disclosed yet?
