What a fantastic day today was, from the kids entertainment ( cook and line from swashbuckle) to the stadium tour and finally the shirt presentation, big turnout too. Noble seemedvery confident of what the team can do this year , oh and from the clues noble and Koukash give, it's Sam Burgess that were after under the marquee allowance rule.

Hearing that though I find it unlikely we'll be given dispensation as the figures being talked about that Bath are prepared to pay are astronomical.

Arnt the RFU going to pay half? I think a million a year would land him 100%.

Yes from what I've read the RFU are meant to be making a contribution towards his salary, though I'm not sure who is paying the transfer fee.

Maybe the rest of the family will miss and follow him too

Im not presuming that Sam Burgess would come here for 1 minute , but i wonder what the general consesus of sl supporters would be , would they accept the special circumstances we`d be given to sign him or would they rather see him lost to union

Other clubs would get the special circumstances too if they want its not just for us, it's then down to burgess stay with league or for the money and as I think I read some where noble doesn't want mercenaries so burgess would come for the love of league.....hopefully.

Noble said something about once we fill the stadium for the first game we will keep it filled? So that tells me that's there has been a lot sold.

Judging by the numbers at the open day it's very encouraging that we could bring in quite a good crowd. Hopefully the weather will hold. I always said that there will be a lot of walk-ups, especially early on. Hopefully we can get off to a positive start with wins to keep the ball rolling.

Looking at all the weather reports it just shows as bright and a little chilly next Sunday, I'll settle for no ice storm, monsoon or gales.
