Unless Eastmond comes in then I think Agar will go with the same team. I wood start with Smith at 13 and have him and Gale as ball players.

I’d play Smith at 6.
Broadbent and either one of the Sutcliffes in the centre.
Then give a bench spot to Walters or King.

Eastmond at 6. Get him on the field.

Right side defence needs sorting. Powell won't have overlooked that element of our performance, that's for sure

The whole RHS defence was a systematic failure, people out of position, poor communication and questionable technique.

Needs fixing quickly.

We also defended very narrowly, again something that coaches won’t be missing...

It would have to be Liam.

I’d go with this for Cas I think. If Eastmond not ready then L Sutcliffe at 6 and A Sutcliffe at 3. That is a handy looking bench IMO.

Absolutely no chance Mellor is missing out and I would also go as far as saying as good as Broadbent was, Alex Sutcliffe would be in before him currently.

Gotta play Eastmond. Think we'll basically be handing Cas the points if we play Sutty at 6 again....

This is a massive test , not only due to our injury situation, but more because Cas were superb today , and totally outplayed Wire . If we only have Gale as a playmaker , they will not give him an inch , whilst they have Trueman , MacShane and a cracking full back to make them tick.
I know its early days , but our second row of Mellor and Martin is looking poor - they had no impact at all against Wakey . On todays display , Oliver Holmes will murder them on his own.
