Well done TM - got the brunt of the blame last year when it wasn't going well.

We're actually learning from our mistakes this year. Last year we would have folded as soon as they scored their second try.

Completely agree. They (Catalans) were 3 yards faster early on (and in fact in other patches of the game). Last year we would have folded and thrown the towel in. This lot aren't towel throwers.

I thought we were very sub par for most of the first half, and to be honest after their first two tries I thought we were in for a kicking. Luckily, the guys picked themselves up and turned it around. There is a certain optimism and team spirit going round the lads this year, I just hope they can keep it going.

Congrats on the win, always nice to see a Yorkshire team do well, (except Leeds).

maybe TM should deliver his half time talk before kick off ?

To be honest I thought from the 11th minute to the 36th minute we were absolutely superb; just had a terrible start and a scrappy end to the half. Whatever Terry's saying in the changing rooms at half-time is working though as we seem to be really getting the upper hand on teams in the second half.

I think part of it was that Catalan played at a high tempo for the first 15 minutes, which they couldn't sustain allowing us to take control later in the game.

Not sure it's TM having a full say in the HT team talk.
I have a feeling the old stagers ie; danny orr and foz might be saying one or two words as well.

Reading and listening to reports and after match discussions, I think the whole team are involved, not just the old stagers, listening to TM's after match speech the whole team felt it wasn't doing what it should have been doing.
