Torn on Knight. I do like hima Nd would love to keep him, but for that to happen we need the new quota rule to come into play however personally I am against the new rule, even though it would be of benefit to us (quite a large benefit if it can include Knight, Sao and Bell). It will likely just flood the league with more average Aussies like Dan Russell and Daejarn Asi who are no better than some of the domestic talent.


If the rule passes then fair enough, get him signed up. But he can't wait around forever to find that out, so if he can get a good contract at Wire then good for the guy he needs to take it because he's earned it. He's probably better than all their current props other than maybe Vaughan on his best days and would be a very good signing for them.

Has wainhouse ever played for us? I've heard his name but don't know anything about him. Are we releasing him or has he turned down a new contract?

I don't think we've offered him a new deal yet.

He's not made an appearance yet, but he probably would've done last year if he didn't do his ACL.


Not surprised he's off to Rovers considering Riding is there now. He brought in Wainehouse, Balmforth and Staveley 

I really thought in Armstrong and Wainhouse we 2 potentially top players on our books unfortunately both got major injuries right at the time when they'd have made their debuts and now looks like both will be leaving the club without making an appearance which is a real shame.
