Dave K.: As it stands and the rules are as rumored (not sure how official that are), but he would count as a non fed player, as you have to have played for 6 consecutive years in SL.
These rules might change, but if they don't think it would be a big mistake to use it on a utility bench forward whose main position is LF.
If he is off quota, then it's a different story, although really not a fan of this rule though, will just mean clubs have more quota players and less players coming through.

Teams could have quite easily end up with 10 or more overseas players from next season.
