The head coach is a nice man but that counts for nothing in a results occupation ! We all know he has a terrible record which is not getting better !
As a man he should design & leave the club & players to resolve the issue, his own pride should make that decision for him !
Even Agar had the bottle to do that + ask for no compensation !!!
This whole issue is becoming an embarrassment for him & the club !

Back again, is - has the players lost connection with Chester & the club, is this current situation fair to the supporters hearing in
Mind they stood by the club in covid, but if this situation continues then sadly they will depart !

Agar had a nice little assistant's gig at Warrington lined up. CC after this disaster will never coach top-flight Rugby again, he has to ride it out for what he can before he ends up labouring on a building site.

Cant blame negativity when you have lost first 6 games of season

Why should we be ashamed because it is not our job to produce a team that can win games. This is down to Chester who has spectacularly failed over many games. We know if we are relegated he will go leaving us the supporters to carry on with whatever disaster he leaves behind. To be a supporter does not mean that you blindly accept failure, we know if we are relegated who knows how long it will be before we can return to SL.
It is easier to stay in but to do so many are now realising that a change is required, it does not make us any less a supporter.

Can't blame COVID, every other team has had to deal with it.
What's been the problem the season before when we scraped over the line with a win against London?
Maybe playing player's in the correct positions and not signing players and not playing them?

Can i just ask what you want fans to be positive about..i dont agree with players coaches been slagged off and abused thats not right but fans have a right to be negative and unhappy we have a win record of somthing like 8 in 43 we have lost our last 8 games v sl opposition in a row dont understand how you expect fans not to be negative. We are in serious danger of relagation is that positive

He had two challenge cup wins on his cv from his only coaching job. Chester got sacked from Hull KR and should now suffer the same fate here.

Hi DeeHell, I fear you are right, who the hell would employ any person with a record of failure he has, not even a team below the championship ! In fact they would be mad to, but I repeat he is a decent person, I have no wish to kick a man when he is down, but,
He should not preside over ruination of the club before it goes too far !!

Chester seems a decent person and has certainly had some challenges on the injury front.

However, his record is simply not good enough to earn him a new deal and puts his current position in question.

I don’t think it’s in question that his reign at Wakefield is over. I think it’s just a matter of when. Even Carter must see that the results point to the face a change is needed.

I have no doubt Chester will want to leave on a high though. I do think we have been improving and I do believe we are not far away from picking up that first win.
