Very impressd with the way he conducted himself today.
After seeing a few coaches this season be ungentlemanly and mean spirited, it was a pleasure to see someone diplomatic, professional and genuine.

Shaking hands with all of the Giants players was a nice touch.

A real gent, and nice to see.

Why do we really care to be honest

Rugby league topic on rugby league forum, im a Warrington fan, but im interested in anything rugby league, not just my own club.

And given the arrogance and bitterness of some SL coaches which have been the source of discussion a lot recently.

I like Tony Smith, quality coach and is the sole reason why i'm worried about Warrington in the next few seasons.

Shame he's a boring get.

easy to commiserate and be pleasant to the opposition after sticking 60 points on them...

To be fair TS has had the high`s and lows as a SL coach so he knows what it is like to be on both ends, personally I think that is why he is humble even in victory. I do like the way he shakes the hands of the the other team not a lot of coaches would do that no matter if there team won or lost.

As dull as dishwater, but clearly an excellent coach and rl person.

Tony is my favourite opposition coach. He's good at what he does and can accept a loss and is a gracious winner aswell, wouldnt swap him for Madge though
