i am a season ticket holder but my mate had to pay £14 to get in and when he final got the ticket from the ticket office (not pay on the door) and finally got to the front of the que( which took a good 15 minutes, he was refused access because he had a north stand ticket nost an east stand one. Sorry but firstly pay on the door would help and secondly why can't they just let him ion. he paid the money and paided in the crowd. lets face it, their never going to fill the stadium so why does it matter what stand your ticket is in.

Maybe if his mate had told him he needs a ticket before hand he’d have gone earlier and not needed to queue for 15 minutes.
Maybe if his mate had told him he needs to get a ticket for the West stand (East wasn't open), then maybe he’d have got the right ticket in the first place, and got in on time.
