So it's tomorrow & will soon be upon us. Hopefully the weather will be better than right now.

I expect Fax will give this all they have got as they push to secure a middle 8's spot & they should not be underestimated. If Leigh turn up at less than their best it could prove to be a tough day at the office.

Myself, I have an odd feeling about this one & I think *see fear* that Fax could nick it in the last few minutes but obviously hope not (as do Bradford).

I am hoping that Ben Reynolds gets at least a half game run out for this one as he needs a high intensity game to keep him sharp for the 8's just in case he is called upon for cover or even chosen over Travis Burns.

My prediction is Leigh 22 Fax 18 (or 24)

Games against Fax are always very close and very hard and physical ,tomorrow will be no different hopefully Fax will bring a good amount of noisy fans like Bradford did last week, the game itself has plenty at stake for Leigh a win gives us the League Leaders shield, a Fax win is important to them and their Top 4 ambitions,I'm expecting plenty of physical clashes.I'm going for a score of Leigh 28 v Fax 16,and we may finish with less than 13 players a side on the pitch,some Faxers keep crowin about how good their pack is

Really looking forward to this one. Last weeks game was another classic, and Halifax is always a cracker - tough, with only a try or a couple of points between the two teams.

I'm hoping for another cracking atmosphere and a flowing game.

If our forwards are dominant as they've been all season, it can leave Micky, Burns and Drinkwater to run the show. If we have a quick play the ball, then Fax won't deal with us.

It's great to see Hood in the 19, as he's been quality when Micky has come off the field. Riddy isn't a hooker and it showed last week.

It will be interesting to see who he picks, from the four half backs and two hookers. I'd love to see Ridyard in the team, but he's certainly not a hooker. Reynolds, on the other hand, seems equally at home in the halves or at hooker. I wonder if he'll have a hooker AND a half back on the bench?

If it was me I'd have Hood in, I hope he isn't as that will mean more game time for Higham which might slow him down towards the end of the game. Should be a cracker.

We've got to play two hookers in each game. I don't think Reynolds is as effective at 9, but Hood and Higham look first class together.

I expect our lads to be re presented with the Championship trophy about 4 40pm tomorrow.

We'll miss Rene. He's been ever present this season and the stand out second rower in the league. Leigh 36 - 16 Fax. Still think we have far too much for them in the Forwards though.

Leigh should have the best pack in the league, afterall you have spent about 500K more on it than we have.



Not sure what to expect this year to be honest. On one hand I see Leigh's results and think they can be beaten but on the other hand they have so much talent that they must have other gears that they can go in to when the going gets tough. We will have to be at our very best to come away with anything from the game. Early on in the season I wouldnt have given us a chance but we are hitting form again and I think we now have a chance even if its a slim one.

They're always very close & entertaining games against Fax & I've no doubt today will be no different. We'll need to keep switched on all game as Fax will be able to punish us if we ease off on them. Hoping we'll use it as good preparation for the Super 8s and win the league for the 3rd consecutive season today.
