My wife and I will be visiting the HJ for the Wakefield Game on 11 August. The Hull FC/Hull KR game I believe, is being televised in the evening. Is there anywhere in the stadium, like a club, where it would be possible to get a bite to eat, a drink, and watch the game? I have attended the HJ on numerous occasions, but am not aware of any such place. Can anyone furnish the information?

Gutted at the result on Sunday. I was convinced it would be a Wire/pies final.

But to answer your question, unfortunately not. But if you was to walk into town, Baffito's (the old Times Sq) show the games and serve good food at reasonable prices.

Barbed Wire. Thanks for the info. I have just checked the Sky website and the Hull derby is on Sunday 11th, but at 14.15! However, thanks for the Baffito's information , if we can find the old Times Sq we will certainly give it a try.

There's a place called KFC, they do fried chicken, i don't know how they make it so good, apparently they have a secret recipe but i'd give it a go, they have a red sign, it says KFC on the front with a picture of a man with a beard, top knotch eating establishment

Thanks for the info. I didn't know the game had been changed to Saturday 10th. We will now be able to take in the Widnes/Cas game on the 11th. I love KFC; hope to enjoy one whilst in Warrington.

Baffitos puzzles me. Italian restaurant but 'ised' Italian name. 'Baffi' is moustache as in their sign, but that's as close as it gets. Still, I suppose 'Pizza Hut' isn't really a hut. Plus what they serve isn't really pizza.
