I'm not phased with Griffins absence, I prefer Jones in the backline. He adds more size to an already sizeable three-quarter line, he's a quality Centre with a good offload. And if Vidots ready Gee Whiz that'll be one Monster backline.

Yes He's a regular try scorer (When he's not injured) as he is at the moment, Again But he certainly does have plenty of Brain farts.

Some players improve playing with better players and more professional environments. He will be a good addition squad were unless he performs he won't get into the side.

If he is ambitious moving to a bigger club makes sense.
