| St Helens have the highest average attendance so far in 2022 with over 13k. Taking over from Leeds as super leagues best supported club.
Not surprisingly, Wakefield and Salford occupy the bottom 2 spots with sub 5k attendences. However, that doesnt tell the big picture which is Salford increasing their average by close to 1500 from 2019 which is rather good news. With an improved stadium Wakefield should also see crowds increase and may end up on a par with Super league newcomers Toulouse.
Bad news is that Wigan, Warrington and Catalan fans are deserting their teams in droves.

| Maybe if Wigan got to play a home game that wasn't on a Thursday night in the rain, more fans would go.

That is a good point actually. I would think with Wigan now playing some attractive rugby they may get some fans back as the season progresses

| Warrington haven't yet played any of the so called 'big' teams or any of their local rivals. Add to that, the rugby being served up is pretty bad and every home game so far has been televised.

| Cas have had 2 10,000 games with over 7k at the Toulouse game. Averaging over 9000 a game so far which I believe would be a big improvement on recent seasons.

| Wakey have benefited from Hull FC taking 2k to that game, and Cas with 2.5k to 3k going to that game, whereas, as always, the Hull clubs have to put up with minimal travelling support

| Impressive figures for Leeds and Cas considering both having a poor start to the season. Salford and Wakey should be doing much better with their city status. Is it a lack of marketing ?

Wigan have a home banker on Easter Monday afternoon. Will there be a bumper home crowd?

He meant Cas have benefitted from Hull taking fans there.

He's saying that Wakey and Cas have benefited from good FC away followings.
What's with the drop off in Catalan fans ? Slower easing of restrictions impacting crowds ?
