What do you expect we are after position wise?

Prop, scrum half and full-back for me.

Unless we're going for a Burgess or JWH, I think there's enough decent talent at prop in SL for us to go for who'll be a lot cheaper.

The scrum half is the key, but with the frenzy the NRL is in over recruitment in 2016 are we trying to swim with whales? Here's hoping we can pull another coup like Walsh ... That is assuming Walsh is off of course!

He will be after a winger for sure. Tried to sign one in pre season.

You'd think winger first choice, then scrum half depending on Walsh.

Is the hooking role something we need to look at, given the dependency we have on Robes, and the clear lack of confidence KC has in Lance to do any sort of back up job for us at the moment, never mind a starting role?

Would you really want to pay big bucks for a backup? If we dont have an obvious choice coming through the youth ranks we should be looking at the lower leagues to see if there is someone worth a punt on for me to play as Roby's understudy

Well it didn't work with Lance did it, so surely they wouldn't do that again - I just meant it's a position we do probably need to look at as having a decent back up in the ranks if Roby is ever out for an extended period.

I struggle to think who would be good from the NRL, I can't help but feel they'll either be an unknown or overpriced ... Might just be the Hohaia effect though

We should be looking at Justin Carney and Albert Kelly. Pay a nice transfer fee for them both.

Scrum half if Walsh goes, prop if Mose goes. Otherwise, maybe another forward and a winger.

With Rush down under to recruit then he must know how much money he's got available so will be certain who is leaving.
So who will it be? Hohaia, Masoe, Walsh? Or all three?
Quality players from the NRL are very expensive and ordinary players don't come cheap.

Who have you heard as likely targets?

I'd say all 3 if I was a betting man. As weird as it may sound I think Walsh may be the most likely to stay as he may not do enough this year to earn a NRL deal. Maybe that is wishful thinking though.

Back to your question I think all 3 will probably go and we will have plenty cap and quota space to play with.

Not much in the of rumours just yet. Or if there is then my usual sources are quiet.
